Over time, Todd and Angela have found that the greatest gift is the gift of giving to the betterment of others. With this in mind, we ask that you consider making a donation to the Rule 62 Foundation in celebration of the couple’s marriage.
The mission of this registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit is to provide funding for life-saving treatment, facilitate sober housing placement, and offer personal growth programs for anyone struggling with addiction or substance abuse. All donations are 100% tax-deductible.
Todd and Angela serve on the Board of Directors of this Foundation and are actively involved with individuals and families in need. They witness the miracles that can happen when others are met nonjudgmentally at some of their darkest hours and offered the kindness, compassion, and resources they so desperately need. Driven by community support and collaboration, we envision a future where addiction is no longer a source of pain and suffering, but rather a catalyst for growth, transformation, and serenity.
how the foundation started...
Since 2008, our Founder and President – Todd Anderson – has graciously opened his home to host weekly recovery meetings. Over that time, Todd has witnessed the full spectrum of what the addiction recovery community has to offer. Some members flourish and build a life beyond their wildest dreams. Other group members fall back into their addiction and, sadly, they die.
These observations have led to a clear understanding of what works and what is missing within the addiction recovery community. First, collective experiences highlight what it takes to be successful in achieving and maintaining sobriety. Second, continued involvement has underscored what is currently lacking in terms of ground-level support and services.
In 2019, Todd launched an organized effort building a non-profit focused on promoting success factors and addressing recovery barriers. As a result of these efforts, the Rule 62 Foundation was born and is committed to its heartfelt mission of empowering individuals to build happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives in addiction recovery.

The cost of treatment and sober housing is a barrier to many who want to pursue recovery. By offering financial assistance, we make these resources available to a broader population.

Feeling connected, staying active, and enjoying life are vital to long-term sobriety. By hosting sober events, we prove there are good times to be had without drugs and alcohol.
RECOVERY PROGRAM GUIDANCE & SUPPORT
After addiction treatment ends, real life begins. By providing guidance as individuals learn, grow, and evolve, we are increasing the likelihood of sustained recovery.
